Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Integrated Marketing and Communications Specialist to enhance our digital presence, manage public relations, and create compelling multimedia content. This role demands a blend of technical, creative, and interpersonal skills across CRM and WordPress platforms, graphic and video editing tools, and event management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer interactions and data effectively using CRM software.

- Create and manage content on WordPress for websites and social media platforms.

- Design and produce marketing materials and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.

- Conduct and analyze email marketing campaigns using platforms such as MailChimp.

- Host and manage public events and appearances, handling outreach initiatives, including partnerships and material distribution.

- Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, optimizing for SEO and ensuring brand consistency.

- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and quality of content.

- Use bilingual (Spanish / English) skills to cater to diverse customer bases and manage public relations efforts across multiple languages.

 

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CRM systems, WordPress, Canva, CapCut, MailChimp, and other digital marketing tools.

- Strong graphic design and video production skills.

- Experience in public relations, event management, and digital marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on marketing metrics and SEO strategies.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental teams.

- Fluency in Spanish / English is preferred.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
